Problem On postage calculation

Hi..
I need Help..
I have attached excel file
I have a problem on calculate postages ..
I have huge data file where i received from customers and need to do calculations ..
By right now i using manual way where it's taking too long..for me to complete..

In the excel file there are"Informations" sheet where i have explain everything regarding to the postages calculations

In the excel file"Datain" sheet where i put the number and in"Output" sheet will be complete calculate for the postages
