Macro Not Working on Excel 97-2000

    Hi,
I have a macro which is working very fine on Excel 2007 or higher but it doesn't work on Excel 97-2000.

Can anybody have a look at the Attached Macro and help me on the change needed?

It is giving error on "SaveAs" statement. (Line #64)
