Macro to disable SAVE and SAVE AS

Is there a macro that can disable both the SAVE and SAVE AS features in Excel? I've created a report that users can access but due to the sensitivity of the data shoud not be able to save the report or save a copy of the report.

I'm am curious though how you are going to save the document, which has a new macro, when you prevent saving of any kind through said macro. A better way would be to allow only a certain user, you, to save it.

Thanks @stnkynts and @john55. I'll try those out and see if they work. @coreytroy yes I can open the file as a read only, but I cannot control how others open it. And that's what I'm trying to do.
