Hyperlink a sheetname

I have the following code (courtesy of watersev) that searches my workbook for a string and returns what sheet it resides in.
What i was hoping for that the sheetname it returns be in a hyperlink format, so that the user can click the sheetname and it automatically goes to that sheet.

i think the line below needs a clever change, but any help would be great.

that doesnt work - see my sample sheet below

try the word Gravity and see what happen (your code hasnt been put in yet) - C9 change to Dec 2013 and i want to be able to select that and it goes to that sheet (and ideally to Dec 2013 cell C24 which is where the actual Gravity text resides)

EDIT: PAssword for access to VBA = AWAC

EDIT 2: Your code seeems to put the date hyperlink into cell B2, not in the return field like the original code does?
