Help with a formatting macro

I don't think this will be that complicated for people with more experience than me, but I'm struggling. I am trying to make a template book that has a first sheet that refers to raw data on other sheets. The data in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th sheets will be in the same format every time, so the headings and positioning of the data will stay the same, but the number of rows will change, and I need the template to change with those changes. Attached is a book that should show what I mean. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
