have code need user form to automatically update existing information

Hello All,

I need a little help in the attached work book the user clicks on cell D6”LC6 and a user form appears the user fills out the form and click close to update the data is transfers to the work sheet and the user form is cleared. If the user wants to update that row he would click a separate command button that would pull up the existing data for that row.
My question is can this be done automatically I have the code for the command button but would like to do this automatically when the user form is activated for that row.
