copy paste with formatting bypassing clipboard

the "copy Destination:=" doesnt keep the formatting. is there a way this can be done?

i want to bypass clipboard for speed, as there is alot of copying and pasting between the source data and templates

the first code doesnt copy formatting across. ie if its $130, then it only copies across as 130
if its 17.3% it only copies across as .173

i want to use this code method, but keep formatting
