Unhappy 2 Colors One Cell, Denoted by a flag character

I need to code this so that anytime Excel finds a question mark in the text of my cells, from that point until the end of the text in that cell the color of the font becomes red.

Example: Who am I? A confused person who needs help.

Alternatively if it would be easier to have the original text changed this way then find some way to use index without reverting it to plaintext, that would be fine too.

To my understanding , a cell only has an option to 1 font color and 1 fill.color.

A solution would be to find the question mark and separate the text from the rest in another cell.

That was my thought as well by I was hoping in my soul I would not have to separate all of these.
