Scan For Blank Cell and Average

Hello -

I am wondering if there is a Macro that can scan for blank cells and then fill in the AVERAGE of the cells that are located immediately below it. The amount of cells below it can vary. I provided a snapshot of what I'm looking for. The cells labeled AVERAGE would be the blank cells and the colors indicate which cells they would be averaging.

If the values in column B are derived from formulas, change xlCellTypeConstants to xlCellTypeFormulas.

Thanks for the suggestion. The values aren't derived from formulas, so that's not an issue. However, Excel disagree's with the following piece of the Macro:
