Command Buttons not coping to new sheet

I'm using excel 2007 .xlsm format and my code that used to work in exel 2003 is no longer working. I have a blank sheet in my workbook that I copy and rename with each new emplyee I create. The blank sheet contains pictures, word art, command buttons, non of which will copy to the new sheet. Only basic text and formatting is being copied over.

I just noticed that if I copy to another workbook everthing copies correct.
