Help creating pool (Super Bowl)

Hi, I want to create a "simple" 10 x 10 spreadsheet. Then add a value surrounding the the grid that represent the last digit of the score per quarter of the game. I would like to manually put each teams' score in 2 unrelated cells and have the corresponding cell that intersects the score (horizontally first) be highlighted in the grid. I have no idea how to start this, I guess I have been out of the loop too long.

I still want to be able to create my own. Here'a what I have so far

=IF(AND($M$3=B$1;$N$3=$A2))

So it works, I just can't remember how to get a result other than TRUE or FALSE
