If you want to convert that to a date,
=--SUBSTITUTE(A1, " ", ", ", 2)
... and then format as mmddyyyy
If you want a text output in that format,
=TEXT(--SUBSTITUTE(A1, " ", ", ", 2), "mmddyyyy")
