Sheet to be pasted as values & format and save on desktop

Hi,

Attached file.
Please help with a macro that would copy only the values and format to a new workbook, delete the Column B, save by clicking cursor on Quality; and then name the workbook and its sheet (deleting unused sheets) exactly like it is in attachment, save to desktop to make it ready to send to client.
