How to create an advanced filter that automatically updates using output from combo boxes

I've created a workbook where the user can select a number of options from drop down boxes, with the selections feeding through to another worksheet 'Calc', cells G3:K3, where I have an automatic advanced filter set up. I've used the code below so that the advanced filter runs when those cells are updated. It works when I update them manually but because they're updated from the combo boxes it doesn't run. Is there anything I can do to change this? The combo boxes have been created using the Control Toolbox. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I'm very new to this. Can someone please advise. I can't seem to make the macro run automatically for some reason. It has to be manually run.
    1. Select from the drop down list in combo box
    2. Have a macro called filter_stuff output the results from a linked table
    3. I need the macro to run automatically when when a value is selected from the combo box

Re: How to create an advanced filter that automatically updates using output from combo bo

I've done this in a slightly different way to what I wanted, by adding an 'Update' macro button with the code I originally posted behind it, so the user would select their options from the drop down lists and then click the macro. I've had to create this workaround as I need to progress with the creation of the report but I'd prefer the file to update automatically, so I'd still be interested to read any solutions to my original problem if anyone has one. Thanks very much.
