Burning the Midnight Oil - Help

    Hello there!

I've recently been trying to get my head around VB with late nights reading e-book after e-book to understand the basic concepts but I realize it's going to take me a lot longer to understand the process's in depth and would like some help on what I'm trying to achieve.

Basically I've been using an Excel Spreadsheet to calculate figures using specific formula's before manually inputting data from other spreadsheets and eventually storing the results. That lead me to believe whether I could complete this process in one go through Visual Basic?

Initially I would be looking at the main screen in displaying the results and with a second function behind that performing the calculations? I would need to draw upon stored data files too.
