Xml import in excel 2007

I am exporting a transaction from a accounting software in XML format.
when a import the xml file in excel the data should come in a row but it comes in 11 rows.

it becomes difficult to analyse the data as number of transactions are huge.

Can you please help me how the data can be imported as one transaction in only one Row.

I am attaching Two XML files with it.
1) 1.xml
2) Do1901.xml

Please Help me out.
