Moving multiple data from one cell (Vertically) to another cell (Horizontally)

I am very green on using macros and am requesting some help, if it even needs a macro. I have an excel sheet that looks similar to the below, where I have a persons name listed numerous times in Column A and B. Sometimes a person is listed once, sometimes they are listed 6 times with different entries. In the next columns are some random registration and product information. I am trying to consolidate to one horizontal row with all of this information for each person, instead of multiple vertical rows.

As an example, I am trying to get to something like this. Of course, since there are 6 entries for the person above, I would want Product name and Product Code to extend on the top row all the way through the #6. Basically, trying to get to one line for each person, with all of their choices.

Any ideas on how this could be accomplished?

    Thanks in advance.
