Condtional formatting

HI, I wonder if someone can help.

I have a spreadsheet with data in the range b32:ab47.

the range a32:a47 contains values i wish to compare the above range against and apply conditional formatting to.

for example. lets say a32 = 5

if b32 = 10 it would be greater than and therefore green,
if b33 = 2 it would be lower and coloured red
if b34 = 5 it would be equal to and therefore remain white
if b36 is blank then the cell would be grey.


I would really appreciate help on how to get this started,
