Deleting Duplicate item in listbox

Hi i have an activex listbox that is loaded with duplicates data now what i want to do is to delete the duplicate item but i don't know how to do it please help me.

Hi.. now that i got the autofilter how can i sum the total of they find?

for example i search for is IBM and DELL then they will sum all the total under IBM and DELL
