Compare for matching names in Column A and calulate variance on a match

I'm looking for a Macro or Function that will look for a match Column A 1:200 to Column A 220:500 and on a match insert the variance into Column B 520:800 that corresponds to the matched name. I've attached a small sample file. Find match for Column A220:A500 from A1:A200 and calculate the variance for the remaining columns and add to corresponding name in A:520:800.

Need Macro to Compare names in Column A and on a match calculate the variance of the other columns. The first greoup of names in cloumn A will always be a subset of the second group of names and the third group of names is exactly the same as the second group of names but the other columns for the third set of names will contain the delta between the matches, if there is no match then assume the delat as the full value associated with the second group. I've updated the sample spreadsheet. Thank You
