Please find the attached workbook above. There are two associated macros. Each corresponds to the column heading "banner & text" and "Rich media".
playing with these you'll quickly see what I'm trying to achieve: add new row underneath each row and perform data validation on that cell.

However if you add a row under Banner & Text, the range for the "rich Media" macro shifts and the row is added in the wrong place. Its quite simple really in that I'm looking for a bit of VBA that insures that rows can be added and the below macros arent affected.

Try the attached amends.
Note that there is (was) a trailing space on the name of 'INTERNAL...' worksheet which I have removed.
