To count the number of rows based on date and check how old the row is from current date.

This is my first post on the forum. I have been referring to this forum since a long time and i would like to thank you all for sharing and helping out the ones in need.

I have a excel file (please find attachment). I need a macro or function to find how old the row is from current date and also find the count of rows that are older than 7 days, 15 days and 30 days. Please help me with this.
