Select Header Row and Transpose to a Column in a New Worksheet

I'm looking to take a table header row that will vary in the number of columns and copy it to a new worksheet in a column. Specifically to select a row that starts on D2 and will extend up to or beyond O2 (often columns will be added or deleted). Copy that row onto a new worksheet transposed into a column beginning at A3.

Here's I have been able to make work as long I hard code the range in as D2:O2.
