Password Protect Excel File

Hi All,

I need assistance.

I want to password an excel file in a way that a password or a new password would be required/requested if the present path of the file is changed to another path. e.g. Password would be requested if C:\Users\Frank\Desktop\Excel.xlsx Changes to C:\Users\Mark\Desktop\Excel.xlsx
