VBA Macros Array List Issue

Hello,

I have an script which one of my friend help to write it. Due to some restriction i haven't provide him original data but now when i put it on my original file it is nto working.

The values i gave him is Staff Name, ***, Grade, Age, Relation & Nationality 1,2,3,4,5,6.

But the actual values are Name, Gender, Class, Age, Relation, Nationality, VIP+, VIP, A, B, C+ & C

Now the above script is not working and prompting message as
