EXCEL Macro to automatically do my Formatting.

Good Day

I am struggling with Macros, please assist. I have a standard Excel File that I used to collate all my data coming from a range of different spreadsheets that are in a same format.(see Attached). What I want is a macro that will automatically do the formatting of each of these files to look like my Master File so that I don’t have to do the Repetitive work.

Can someone please assist?
