Grouping/Ungrouping columns with the sheet protected?

Hi,
Is it possible to have a sheet protected and at the same time be able to group or ungroup the rows? If so, how to do it? Any idea?

To be more specific:
The sheet has to be protected but at the same time the User has to be able to unroup the grouped columns...
