Data Separation

Dear All,

Please help me in completing the following requirement. Attached dummy data.

I want to separate the Data from Sheet1 to Sheet2 if Column A data exceeds character limit of 40 & Column B Data Exceeds character limit of 60. Also if any Ascii Characters found in Column A should also be removed from the Sheet1 and should be pasted in Sheet2.

Condition 2:

If Column A Exceeds 40 Characters & Column B Is lessthan 60 Characters, Still the Entire Row should be removed from Sheet 1 & Should be Pasted in Sheet2. Same applies to Street & Ascii also.

Please help me. It would be great if it is done. I tried bt its not happening to me. Please.

None of your data EXCEEDS 40 or 60 characters.

41 exceeds 40
40 does NOT exceed 40

61 exceeds 60
61 does NOT exceed 60

In the first condition you say exceeds 60 characters
but in the second condition you say column B is less than 60 characters

None of your data EXCEEDS 40 or 60 characters.

41 exceeds 40
40 does NOT exceed 40

61 exceeds 60
61 does NOT exceed 60

Hi Special-K,

Apologies. Its not 40 & 60 Characters. Its 25 & 40 Characters. Apologies again.

If Coloumn A Exceeds 25 Characters, The Entire row should be moved to next Sheet, Same applies to Column B & Column A with Ascii Characters.
