    None of your data EXCEEDS 40 or 60 characters.

    41 exceeds 40
    40 does NOT exceed 40

    61 exceeds 60
    61 does NOT exceed 60

    Hi Special-K,

    Apologies. Its not 40 & 60 Characters. Its 25 & 40 Characters. Apologies again.

    If Coloumn A Exceeds 25 Characters, The Entire row should be moved to next Sheet, Same applies to Column B & Column A with Ascii Characters.
