Find Cell That Contains Specific Text and Insert Row Above it

I am trying to determine a code that will find a cell in a sheet that contains specific text like “KAP FUNDS” and insert a new row above it then recalculate column totals. I would then like to split the data. For example KAP Funds data copied to a new sheet - renamed KAP Funds and PAK Funds data to a new sheet - renamed PAK Fund.
