Copy cell on sheet one to sheet 2 depending on another cell

I am trying to check column A cells 4 through 10 for data on sheet one, if the cell has data, could be alpha numerical (MX2610N), l I want to copy column B cell 4 through 10 to sheet 2 cell A4. If there is no value in column A cells 4 through 10 then no entry to sheet 2 cell A4. Sheet 2 cell A4 may end up with several values separated by a space or comma.

I think I have attached a simple spreadsheet so you can see what I am trying to accomplish.
