I am looking for some help with retrieving data from a list based on value entered by user

I am working on a tool for some HR managers where they can pull mutiple records associated with an employee id on a workforce planning tab. the data that they are pulling from however doesnt have a primary key (several records (rows) are attached to emp id). So vlookup won't work.

Can somebody help me create a macro for this?

Emp ID isnt primary as it has multiple records attached to it.
