Auto scheduling a data export to a new worksheet

    Dear Fellas

I am developing an inventory model in which lets say I have 100 items ...the safety quantity I have to maintain is 20 for each item. At the end of the month I want to export the items having less than safety stock quantity to another worksheet which serves as an order requisition worksheet. How can I do so?

    1) Turn on the macro recorder
    2) Turn on the Data > Autofilter for your dataset
    3) Apply a custom Filter to the QTY column to show only items less than 20
    4) Print the filtered sheet
    5) Remove the autofilter so all rows are visible again
    6) Turn off the macro recorder

You now have a recorded macro you can use to get a printout of the items you want to order.
