Hi all,
Need a program for the below mentioned task.
Every day morning an excel sheet will be saved in a target folder, the particular excel file need to converted into txt file at an scheduled time in another destination folder.
Help me out on this.

I would suggest you make vbscript or an excel-file with a macro the read the xls-files and save it as txt-file and have the script of xl scheduled thru Windows Taskplanner.
