Automatically Display Reminder Message at Timed Intervals

Hi All VBA Developers,

I am new to VBA but know the basic concept. My problem is mentioned below.

My job is to send different emails to different teams on a particular time written on excel sheet with some detail.It's a very quick and non stop procedure. So I can't use email reminders. I have to send these email with high time accuracy.

Is it possible to prepare a VBA based excel tool that will ping continuous reminder on basis time written in a particular cell so that I will know, now its time to send email to a particular team?
