Need Macro for Point to point matching

Hello to all. Could you please help for a macro to this: I have coordinates of say four points where Y is Northing and X is Easting as in attached Figure 1. I need macro to arrive to Figure 2 (in same or new sheet) so that to compute for their difference and further workings. Also much better that it applies to ANY number of points. Find the attached that I think is similar to what you want. I made a table of points with coordinates in Columns A to C. Then I've created a table to the right that gives the distance between each of the points and all the others. I hope this can adapt to what you need.
