textboxes change value on search

could any one help please as i save my data userform1 to mfr_list all seems well,when i run userform mfrsa to search ,say enter 22 all seems well correct no of instances comes up and textboxes look good and populated,if you scroll through listbox entries clicking them in turn some of the textboxes change from text to dates and they seem jumbled up , whereas on the sheet they seem ok,thought it might have something to do with formatting numbers , text ect from userform to sheet,also if i update from mfsra userform the boxes change again,i have not got something right , any pointers please
