Verify Size of Selected Range

Experts,
(Excel 2007)
I am working on a macro to copy and paste a selected Range of Cells from Sheet1 to Sheet2.

The first step I need is to verify that the user Selected range is 1 cell high by 8 cells long.

Bascie steps:
1. Verify size of selected Range
2. If not correct display Error message and end
3. If seelcted range is the correct size, copy and past selected Range to Sheet 2, Cell B2.
