    Automated Submission

    Hi Guys
Firstly hello and happy new year to everyone. I'm new to the group and this is my first post so i hope it makes sense and doesn't sound to basic to you experts but the problem i've run into is that we need to issue some feeedback forms to clients we have completed work for and the idea is that they press a submit button and the form wings it way seamlessly back to me say. Now i presume simplistically that there needs to be an e-mail hidden beneath a button but i can't get it to wotk - any ideas please.
