find value from one column on one sheet and copy data to another sheet

I have a master list of departments and coordinators. I will be creating a pivot table that will list departments by floor.
I want to match up the coordinators from the List of Coordiantors and copy their name to the appropriate deparment on the List by Floor.
If no Department is found "No Deparment" should appear on List By Floor
If no name is associated with the department, it should show "No Name". I created a third sheet in my example that shows the expected output.
My master data has several hundred alpha numeric departments.
How do I program this and can you run a program/macro on a pivot table? If it cannot be run on a pivot table, I can work around that and work from static data. Thanks for any help.
