Delete rows with multiple conditions

Hi,
I have the below macro which is deleting the entire rows if the given words are found.

I have a problem, I have a word which starts with Buyer and I want to delete the entire row but I have another row which should not be deleted which has a word Buyer in it.

I mean Cell A2 = Buyer then delete entire row (which is already in the macro)
Cell A20 = Buyer NCI XAS should not delete that row (which is not working as per the macro) so please edit the macro and help me.
