Need help merging rows..

Hello,

I would very much appreciate if someone could help me merge info from different rows together.

I am attaching an example spreadsheet.

If the first 5 columns are the same, I would like to combine the data for redundant rows into 1 row.

1 row will have data from persons 1, 2, and 3, and another row will have data from person 4-7 in this example file.

Some of the rows will not be redudant and information from either 1-3 or 4-7 will not be available.

I have many thousands of rows so any help would be greatly appreciated!
