Auto lock excel sheet

Hi is there anyway to auto lock excel sheet based on today's date? I have 12 worksheets in one excel workbook. Each sheet represent one month. So E.g if todays month is Feb, January will be lock etc.

Is it possible to auto it? as in once the date reaches first feb, sheet jan will be locked automatically.

If you name this macro Auto_Open and put it in a standard code module, this macro will automatically run when the workbook is opened. It unprotects the sheet with the Month-name of the current date's month. All the other month sheets will be protected. Non month-named sheets are not affected.
