    [SOLVED]Fill Color (highlight cells) but not to print fill color

    Hi everyone I'm beginner in Excel i want to make an excel sheet with some green colored cells in it just for the people to know which cells to fill only with information and when i click on print preview or print the page i dont want that green color to appear (making the printer option to black n white makes the cells grey) i dont want them to be grey

    i have an example file attached to this post but i didnt made it and the one who made it i dont know i want to design same like this opc-form.xlsx



    UPDATE: in the attached file if u see print preview its like that it never got colored cells but in sheet it has lots of colors please help me

    Print preview

    page set up

    choose tab 4 (= sheet)

    Print black - white

    Ok

    Now your sheet will be printed as black - white and still have the colors on the sheet.
    Notice my main language is not English.

    I know it will be printed in black and white but still the colored cells are marked grey or dark grey i dont want those grey or dark grey please have a look at the file provided.

    If you follow my suggestions, there is no grey or dark grey print.

    It is only in black and white.

    you get grey of dark grey prints if you want to print in color and the printer is set up as black and white.
    (but in that case you print as color).
