Need help to copy multiple child row in one row on next sheet

Hi Experts,
I am not much savvy to VBA, so Getting hard to solved below problem:

Here is my data Structure....(these are group of data, where column 2 is Parent, Column3 is Sub Parent, and column4 is sub parent also),
Because my column is not displaying properly then here a brief description
Column 2 have data like "a" and "b"
Column 3 have data like "ab", "ac", "bc", and "bd"
column 4 have data like "cd", "ce","cf","cg" etc...

Here is my question
If user Put "Y" in column 1 then I want to copy data to another sheet in plain format where column title is "2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11"for example in above case I want to copy like below

I think I were unable to describe my question properly....So that attaching a book2.xls
I want to send data from Source worksheet to Destination worksheet.
But I dont want to change the data alignment in Source Sheet...

thanks but I don't want to copy all, but only those row where column b value is "a".
and I have one column sequence difference in sheet 2 (column 4).
