How to concatenate values with criteria that must fall within 2 dates?

    Hello folks,

How can I concatenate values with criteria that must fall within the specified dates? I tried to use the stringconcat formula and combine AND with IF to cover the criteria that must fall within the specified dates but it did not give me the expected result.
Anyone, please help. Attach is the file. Kindly check & correct my formula in cell B3.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello jomi9501,

The info in your Workbook is incoherent. Where does "IN", "PC", or "NG" etc. Come from?

those are the values that I need to concatenate in reference to dates as criteria. The visual basic module for stringconcat is already copied. The formula works for single criteria only ( no AND function) but what I need in the criteria is within the range of 2 date specified.

    Hello jomi9501,

This is how I would do it, without VBA.

Thanks Winon, that will be helpful but the project column is a living file which will be added once there are new projects. In that case, I will always have to revise the concatenate formula since it's until row 36. Is there any other formula that I don't have to revise everytime that there is an added data on the project column?

    Hello jomi9501,

Just extend the Concatenate range beyond the anticipated Maximum, and that should take care of your "problem".

    For example:

or even up to B10000 or beyond for that matter, and drag it across and down as required.
