Filling up a Number Puzzle

I am attaching a number puzzle. Some values are given in the puzzle. I have to fill up the rest.
The Conditions are:
a. In each column and row there will be 1 to 9 number without any duplication of number.
b. In each 3 x 3 square cell (marked by red line color) there will be 1 to 9 number without any duplication of number.


I am not making any headway in which logic to proceed. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated. Regards and thanks.
