How to apply macro found in one workbook to another workbook

Hi all!
Please find attached an excel file that contains an advanced database searching macro, which I found online.
It enables me to search for a specific Name and returns the corresponding information for that Name in the database (Company, Area Code, Telephone).
I would like to apply this same macro to another workbook. Having little knowledge of vba, I would like to have somebody explain me step-by-step how to achieve this.
I need to know therefore how to adapt the code in a way that it deals with the ranges of my new workbook.
Any help appreciated, please let me know if there is anything unclear in my request, thanks!
