Get name of the only file in a folder

Hi, I have a folder that will always only have one file in it.

The filename varies so I would like the simplest way to obtain that filename.

I've searched the forums and they all seem to point to looping all files in a folder but hopefully that isn't necessary in this case.

Can anyone help please?
