Copy and paste from multiple workbooks

    Good afternoon,

I have been studying VB for only a short time and have come across a challenge that is too complex for a novice. I need to develop code that would enable me to copy data from multiple worksheets each residing in separate workbooks and transfer that data to a master worksheet. The data from each worksheet/book encompasses a varied number of columns and rows. Then, I will need to paste each set of data on the master worksheet with one empty row to separate each set of data.

Thank you for any help you can offer.

    RG

Here's a macro for collecting data from all files in a specific folder. The parts of the code that need to be edited are colored to draw your attention.

There is an "add-on" at the bottom of that page that shows how to edit the main macro so that it runs through all the sheets in each opened workbook.

Always put your code between code tags.
your code here
